Once a booking has been confirmed (i.e., deposit paid and booking finalized), no refund will be provided under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure smooth operation and to cover costs related to reservations and services secured for your travel.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

• Ceylon Dream Travels Cancels the Trip: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or government-imposed restrictions), we will offer alternative travel dates, services, or a full refund at our discretion.

• Force Majeure Events: If a force majeure event (such as a pandemic, natural disaster, or other unforeseen situations) forces the cancellation or disruption of travel, we may offer you a credit towards future bookings or other accommodations, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Services
